JellyAtlas

Nine sweet puzzles, mapped by hand

JellyAtlas is a small editorial desk in Canberra. We install every jelly, fruit and cookie puzzle we write about, play it on an ordinary phone, and describe what the first hour honestly feels like — the board, the pace, the controls, the length of a session.

Fruit Candy : Match 3 Puzzle
Cookie Blast - Cookie Crushing
Sweet Candy Crack
Jelly Fill: Physics Brain Test
Jelly no Puzzle - Puzzle Game
Jelly Drops - Puzzle Game
Candy Critters: Idle Merge
Sweet Candy Journey-Fun Match
Gummy Paradise: Match 3 Games

Every score on this page is the Google Play rating shown to Australian users, read on 18 August 2026. All nine titles are free to download.

Collections

Three families of sweetness

Sugar-coated puzzles look alike in a store listing and behave nothing alike in the hand. We sort the map into three families, so you can pick by the feeling you are after rather than by the thumbnail.

Fruit Candy : Match 3 Puzzle board full of fruit pieces

Fruit & candy boards

Classic swap-and-clear grids. Short levels, loud clears, very little to read before you start.

  • Fruit Candy : Match 3 Puzzle
  • Sweet Candy Crack
  • Sweet Candy Journey-Fun Match
  • Gummy Paradise: Match 3 Games
Jelly Drops - Puzzle Game screen with jelly clusters

Jelly & wobble

Softer physics and stricter logic. These ask you to think for a moment before the first tap.

  • Jelly Fill: Physics Brain Test
  • Jelly no Puzzle - Puzzle Game
  • Jelly Drops - Puzzle Game
Cookie Blast - Cookie Crushing title screen with biscuits and cake

Bakery & merge counter

Biscuits, cakes and little creatures that grow while you tidy the counter between sessions.

  • Cookie Blast - Cookie Crushing
  • Candy Critters: Idle Merge

Fruit Candy : Match 3 Puzzle gameplay board 4.0
Fruit Candy : Match 3 Puzzle icon

Fruit Candy : Match 3 Puzzle69 Studio

Match-3 · 449 ratings

A plain board of fruit and lollies with almost no scaffolding around it — no map to unlock, nothing to collect between levels. Swaps register instantly and the rocket and bomb pieces read clearly at a glance. Our pick when you want the mechanic and nothing else.

Cookie Blast - Cookie Crushing board of biscuits and cupcakes 5.0

Cookie Blast - Cookie CrushingBoardFun Games

Match-3 · 1.12K ratings

Biscuits, slices and cupcakes on a compact board, with the score and the moves you have left pinned to the top edge. Levels close quickly, so the next stage begins before you put the phone down. The highest-scoring entry in the atlas, on the smallest number of ratings — read it as a warm start, not a verdict.

Sweet Candy Crack board with a rocket clearing a row 4.1

Sweet Candy CrackCool Cat Game

Match-3 · 15.6K ratings

The veteran of the group, with the deepest level list and the most opinionated crowd behind it. Difficulty climbs in visible steps and later stages lean on combined clears. Expect a longer stretch between checkpoints than the newer boards ask for.

Jelly Fill: Physics Brain Test level with a drawn line 4.5

Jelly Fill: Physics Brain TestDual Cat

Jelly physics · 78.5K ratings

You draw a line and let a blob of jelly slide, split and settle into the containers below. Levels are drawn like a sketchbook and solved with one confident stroke. The most experimental thing on the map, and the friendliest to a two-minute session.

Jelly no Puzzle - Puzzle Game grid of coloured jelly blocks 4.6
Jelly no Puzzle - Puzzle Game icon

Jelly no Puzzle - Puzzle GameJelly Crew

Logic grid · 3.53K ratings

A quiet grid of coloured blocks that merge when they touch, and a single undo button. There is no timer, no counter and no hint — only the shape of the level. Slower and much harder than anything else here, and the one people still talk about years later.

Jelly Drops - Puzzle Game board with jelly cubes 4.8
Jelly Drops - Puzzle Game icon

Jelly Drops - Puzzle GameNSTAGE

Match-3 · 13.2K ratings

Tap a cluster of same-coloured jelly cubes and the whole column reshuffles below it. Chains build without much planning, which makes the pace unusually forgiving. The best-rated entry in the atlas and the easiest one to pick up cold.

Candy Critters: Idle Merge creatures on the counter 4.7
Candy Critters: Idle Merge icon

Candy Critters: Idle MergePlaySide Studios

Merge counter · 10.5K ratings

Drag two identical critters together and a rounder, sillier one appears. Progress continues while the app is closed, so the natural rhythm is a minute in the morning and a minute at night. Australian studio, and the softest art style on the map.

Sweet Candy Journey-Fun Match board with numbered objectives 4.7
Sweet Candy Journey-Fun Match icon

Sweet Candy Journey-Fun MatchPuzzleLoft

Match-3 · 1.88K ratings

A board that hands you three small objectives at once and shows them along the top edge. Rescue targets sit behind ice and crates, so clearing the right corner matters more than clearing the most pieces. Structured, tidy and easy to resume mid-level.

Gummy Paradise: Match 3 Games board of gummy sweets 4.4
Gummy Paradise: Match 3 Games icon

Gummy Paradise: Match 3 GamesRV AppStudios

Match-3 · 6.32K ratings

Instead of swapping two neighbours, you drag a finger across a line of touching gummies and release. The gesture suits one-handed play on a tram and makes long chains feel deliberate rather than lucky. Plays offline once installed.

Numbers

What the map adds up to

9 titles currently mapped, each installed and played by the desk before it was written up.
4.5 average Google Play score across the nine, taken from the Australian store listing.
131K player ratings stand behind those scores — the crowd is much larger than our desk.
4 mechanics we sort by: match-3 boards, jelly physics, logic grids and merge counters.

How to start

Four steps from this page to a board

Nothing is installed from JellyAtlas. We describe, you decide, and Google Play does the rest.

Boards from five titles in the atlas, captured on Google Play
Step one

Choose a mechanic

Use the pills above the grid to keep only the family you are in the mood for — a fast board, a slow grid, or something to leave running.

Step two

Read the entry

Each entry names the developer, the current Australian rating, how many players stand behind it, and what the first session actually feels like.

Step three

Open the listing

The link opens the game's own Google Play page in a new tab. Permissions, age guidance and the install itself all live there, not here.

Step four

Give it ten minutes

Ten minutes is usually enough to know whether a board suits you. If our note was wrong, write to the desk and we will revisit the entry.

Player reviews

What players wrote on Google Play

We do not collect testimonials and we do not write them. The lines below were published by players on the games' own store listings, favourable and critical alike.

FUN match 3 game! This is a simpler game but has a lot of character. The graphics and animations are wonderful. The colours are eye-catching. Sounds are okay. The gameplay is smooth and easy to navigate. Great game
Diana Folsom Fruit Candy : Match 3 Puzzle
First day playing this and I really enjoy it… I like all match 3 games anyways. At least this one doesn't have all the territories you need to click on, then it takes you here or here that gets confusing, but this is simple based but fun to play.
Theresa Kessler Fruit Candy : Match 3 Puzzle
I love this Game and yes I would recommend to a friend
Victoria Moriarty Cookie Blast - Cookie Crushing
I like this game, and the music makes you feel happy. All in all a great game.
A Google user Cookie Blast - Cookie Crushing
Its simple enough. So far. Not as interesting as a couple others I play but there just doesn't seem to be any real good match 3 games out there anymore & I've tried them all & uninstalled them, with the exception of this one & a couple others. Time will tell.
A Google user Sweet Candy Crack
not as easy as l thought! to long getting to next level, as flashing pralse are annoying, unless this game is only for kids.
A Google user Sweet Candy Crack
The very best puzzle game ever devised. The android version is amazing and works flawlessly. A great port of a truly legendary puzzle game. Every single puzzle is a masterpiece and makes you feel like a genius once it clicks.
William Jelly no Puzzle - Puzzle Game
This is a real neat puzzle, I like it, it gets one to think. It may take me awhile to do each puzzle but it is worth it, it is satisfying. It is not easy but I keep telling myself there is a solution to each puzzle. Thankyou for a puzzle like this.

Questions

Asked often enough to answer here

Yes. Every entry, rating and note on this site is readable without an account and without payment. The nine games we map are also free to download from Google Play.

No. This site carries no advertising banners, no sponsored entries and no paid placements, and we do not sell space to studios or networks. Links to Google Play are plain informational links. Our intended source of support is the Plus subscription described below, which is not active yet.

From the Google Play listing for each game as it appears to Australian users, read on 18 August 2026. We copy the number as shown, to one decimal place, along with the number of ratings behind it. Store figures move, so treat ours as a snapshot rather than a live feed.

Plus is our own planned subscription for readers who want the longer write-ups and early access to new entries. It is not active: there is no checkout on this site, no card details are collected and nothing is charged. For now the button simply records your interest through the request form.

Nothing is loaded until you accept the consent bar or tick the box on the request form. Only then does the OneSignal script load and ask your browser for permission. To stop them, decline the browser prompt, or open your browser's site settings for jellyatlas.com and block notifications. Choosing Decline on our consent bar also clears the data we had stored locally.

The age guidance that matters is the one on each Google Play listing, and it is worth reading before installing. JellyAtlas itself is written for readers aged 15 and over, and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone younger.

The desk

How JellyAtlas is put together

A short, plain account of who writes this and what does — and does not — sit behind it. The longer version lives in our Terms of Use.

Everything is played first

Each title is installed on an ordinary Android handset and played for at least one full sitting before it is written up. Screenshots come from the developer's own Google Play listing so you see what the store shows you.

No banners, no placements

This site shows no advertising banners and sells no placements, sponsored entries or paid positions. No studio has paid to appear here, and no link on this page earns us a commission. If that ever changes, it will be labelled on the entry itself before anything else changes.

Ratings stay as published

We never round a score up, average it with our own opinion or hide a weak one. Where our note disagrees with the crowd — as it does on Sweet Candy Crack — both stay on the page and you decide.

Playing safely

Small habits that keep it pleasant

  • Check the listing before you install

Age guidance, permissions, download size and the data-safety panel are all on the Google Play page. They are published by the developer and are more current than any description we could write.

  • Set up family controls once

Google Play lets you require authentication before every in-app transaction on a device and lets you filter what can be installed. Ten minutes in those settings saves a lot of conversation later.

  • Keep sessions short on purpose

These boards are built to be picked up and put down. A level or two on the bus is the shape they were designed for; long unbroken sessions rarely make them more enjoyable.

  • You control what we send

Notifications and email start only with your consent and stop the moment you revoke it. Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you may ask us what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to the desk and we will act.
